Schedule of Events
Family Fun Walk
The Family Fun Walk will start promptly at 5:30 pm and end by 6:30pm. Please view website for course map direction and details. This is a family friendly 1 mile walk! (No zombies lurking so young children are encouraged to take this path!) This is a reverse parade and all are encouraged to dress up in your Halloween costumes. Please bring a bag to collect candy and goodies. All who have registered will get a cinch bag and a medal to show your big accomplishment. Please visit our packet pickup to collect walk bibs and cinch bags at the Smoketree Clubhouse (11100 Smoketree Drive, North Chesterfield, VA) from 5pm ā 8pm on Friday, October 24th, or from noon ā 5:30pm Saturday, October 25th. Medals will be handed out after completion of the course. Please be sure to display your bib so you can receive your medal.
Zombie Fun Run
The Zombie Fun Run will start promptly at 6:45pm. This run IS occupied by the undead. Expect jump scares, special effect lighting, music, and fun Halloween decorations. All registered participants will get this yearās Smoketree Zombie Fun Run cinch bag and medal showing you survived the spookiest event of the season! (There are rumors that a good costume may deter the zombies!) Please visit our packet pickup to collect run bibs and cinch bags at the Smoketree Clubhouse (11100 Smoketree Drive, North Chesterfield, VA) from 5pm ā 8pm on Friday, October 24th, or from noon ā 5:30pm Saturday, October 25th. Medals will be handed out after completion of the course. Please be sure to display your bib so you can receive your medal.
āļøPacket Pickup
Run and Walk packets can be picked up inside the Smoketree Clubhouse (11100 Smoketree Drive, North Chesterfield, VA) on Friday, October 24th from 5pm- 8pm or on Saturday, October 25th starting at noon. You can still register here if you have not done so yet. You must have an official Zombie Run bib to be on the course during the Zombie Run. You must have an official Family Walk OR Zombie Run bib to be on the course during the Family Walk.
ā³Last Minute Registrations
We will be allowing same-day registrations however registrations will close once we reach our maximum amount for this event.
š æļø Parking
Please note that due to changes with the starting line, parking WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE at Smoketree Pool. Participants may park at the Church of Epiphany, Monacan High School and North Courthouse Public Library. Look for parking signage as you enter the Smoketree neighborhood. Please allow time to walk from your parking spot to Smoketree Pool in time to start the run or walk. For maps of the course and parking locations, click here.

The Zombie Fun Run and Family Walk WILL HAPPEN rain or shine!
š¦Lighting
š§āāļøš§ The run begins after sunset, and it will get dark. To enhance your running experience, and help you see zombies ā head lamps or flashlights are encouraged.
šŗCostume Contest
We will have a costume contest for anyone whoās registered! Listien to announcements at the starting line and visit our judges before the race begins.
Awards will be given out for:

šFood & Beverages
Food trucks from El Guapo, La BĆŖte, Pop Kettle Treats and Loquito Coquito will be available before and after the event, so come hungry! And there will be ice cream, beer and wine for sale as well!

DJ Luis from Wow Events will be here, and heāll be bringing all the tricks! Expect some fun special effects and lighting. Heāll be playing some spooky hits sure to get you pumped up!!! And stick around for the after party for some tailgating fun!!
